Terms of Service

These terms cover website design and development services provided by Phantom Websites ("we", "us") to you ("the client").

Free demo

We may build a demo website for your business at no cost and with no obligation. The demo remains our property until the project is paid in full. If you choose not to move forward, we may take the demo offline and you owe nothing.

Payment

The standard project fee is $750, due when you approve the site for launch and before it is connected to your domain. The $100 monthly plan begins at launch. Any additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before we start.

Monthly updates and maintenance

After launch, the site is maintained for $100 per month, billed monthly. This covers routine content updates (such as hours, menus, prices, photos, and service details), fixes, and general upkeep. New pages, new features, and larger projects are quoted separately in writing. The monthly plan can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final website design and content created for your business. Third party assets (such as fonts, stock images, or software services) remain subject to their own licenses.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos, and text you provide to us, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your business information.

Domains and third party services

Your domain name is registered and paid for by you. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policies of third party providers such as domain registrars or hosting platforms.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project.
