Do I pay separately for design?
No. Design is built into the cost of your merchandise. You don't pay a design retainer or hourly fees on top of your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product and the factory. We'll tell you the exact minimum and price per piece on your call, before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Design and mockups usually take about two weeks. Production time depends on the product and where it's made, and we give you a firm timeline before you place your order. Plan ahead for seasonal drops and events.
Where is everything made?
Both domestically and overseas, with factories we've already vetted for quality and communication. We match each product to the factory that does it best.
Can I see it before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You approve digital mockups first, then a physical sample, before any bulk production starts.
