Our Story

More than a gym.

We started “I AM” to build the kind of place we needed growing up. Hard work, honest coaching, and people who believe in you.

The Name

Two words.
A whole identity.

Before you are a fighter, a parent, an employee, or anything else, you are someone with worth and a purpose. That is what “I AM” means to us.

Boxing strips away excuses fast. You find out what you are made of in the third round when your arms are heavy and you want to quit. We think that is where character gets built. So we coach the punch and the person, and we do it with the same faith that got us through our own hard rounds.

We open every Saturday class with a short word of encouragement, and our coaches are always around for a conversation after training. It is never required, and everyone is welcome no matter where they are in life.

What We Believe

The standard.

Discipline

Show up when you do not feel like it. Consistency beats talent every time.

Humility

Everyone gets hit. Everyone starts somewhere. Leave your ego at the door.

Heart

Finish the round. Effort is the one thing that is always in your control.

Family

Iron sharpens iron. We push each other, protect each other, and celebrate each other.

Coaches

Who runs the room.

Every coach is USA Boxing certified, CPR certified, and background checked.
